Description
L-Mesitran Tulle is a hydroactive synthetic gauze with 40% medical type honey for the healing of superficial or medium-sized ulcers and medium-low exudates.
It is impregnated with L-Mesitran Soft ointment. In its composition it contains Vitamin C which promotes the synthesis of collagen and connective tissues and Vitamin E which has strong anti-inflammatory and immune properties and enhances the healing process. Thanks to the hypoallergenic lanolin, the epithelialization of the wound is promoted.
The product ensures painless changes of the patch as it peels off easily when removed without injuring the tissue while preventing the attachment of the additional exudate absorption patch.
L-Mesitran Tulle gauze is suitable for:
Healing of superficial ulcers and medium-depth ulcers with low or medium exudates, e.g. 1st-3rd degree bed sores with or without watery necrosis, postoperative wounds, graft removal areas, etc.
Healing of burns, thermal, chemical, 1st and 2nd degree radiotherapy.
Healing of diabetic, venous, arterial, varicose ulcers.
Use as a secondary patch after ointments to ensure a moist environment in the ulcer.
