ORIGIN: Spearmint tea is a herbal tea made from the leaves of the spearmint plant (Mentha spicata), a member of the mint family. Our Spearmint Tea comes from the green and beautiful country of Poland.
ABOUT: Spearmint tea has a sweet and mild flavour, less intense than peppermint. It is known for its distinct aroma, cool and refreshing taste, and potential health benefits.
BENEFITS: Naturally caffeine-free a great option for relaxation and bedtime. Its fumes may help with nasal congestion and headache while drinking the tea may ease stress and relieve indigestion. It also contains antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
USES: Enjoy on its own or with sugar or lemon. It is also great as a cooling and refreshing iced drink in the summer. It can also be mixed with other herbs/flowers to create custom tea infusions.
BREWING: Allow 1-2 teaspoons per cup. Pour the freshly boiled water onto the leaves. Steep time: 3 to 6 minutes. The brewing time and water temperature can be adjusted based on personal preferences.
