HOT TEA BREWING METHOD: Heat water to 100°C. Place 1 teaspoon of loose tea per cup (and add 1 for the pot) into the teapot, pour in the water and steep for 4-5 minutes. For a more intense flavour, add a bit more tea. Can also be enjoyed iced.
